SEJA
The Southeastern Judging Association (SEJA) was officially formed on November 1, of 2008.  SEJA founders converged in Belmont, North Carolina to form the organization in an effort to provide better training, detailed materials, and timely information to judges throughout the Southeast region of the United States.

SEJA will not be concentrating exclusively on the winter circuits.  Although SEJA services the CWEA percussion judges association, but we're very interested in dealing with the outdoor adjudication and instructional needs as well.

Although SEJA has been adopted as the primary provider of percussion judges for the Carolina Winter Ensemble Association (CWEA), the association concentrates heavily on the training and preparations of marching band percussion adjudicators as well.

SEPA
The Southeastern Percussion Association (SEPA) was officially formed on February 17, 2009.  Members of the SEJA (Southeastern Judging Associated) Founders' Committee decide to organize a percussion association to provide educational opportunites, materials, and communications to percussion instructors, directors and enthusiasts.

By operating both SEJA and SEPA under the same organizational umbrella, percussion judges and instructors across the Southeast can now instantly connect to gain further knowledge, resources, and educational opportunities.

Mission Statement
